Top casing and bottom casing have scattered scratches coupled with a handful of small markings and a few noticeable wear marks. Top casing also has a few heavy dents. Edge casing has heavy wear along the edges, two bent corners and numerous nicks and chips. Inside casing, including trackpad and palm-rest, has sporadic markings. Keys have minor gloss. Display is vivid with no discoloration, hotspots, or dead pixels. Screen has sporadic scratches and small markings. Lower right side (located on bezel) has a 1/4" hairline crack. Few markings and a 1" scratch on the mid right side are visible when on but do not significantly hinder viewing experience. Hinge is tight (like new). 79% battery health with 668 load-cycles (charges) and holds an average charge. Ref# P932
