(9/10). Fully tested and functional, guaranteed. (See actual hardware screenshot #2, unit photos are for reference only.) Top casing and edge casing areas have a few small pin-sized nicks and markings scattered. Bottom casing has a few small light scratches and markings scattered. Inside casing, including trackpad and palm-rest, is pristine. Medium gloss on keys along with minor discoloration on "A" and "N" keys. Display is vivid with no hotspots, discoloration or dead pixels. Screen has a few very faint, pin-sized markings, a few of which are lightly visible when on but do not hinder viewing. Hinge is tight (like new). 90% battery health with only 192 load-cycles (charges) and holds a charge very well! Ref# P786
