100% Satisfaction Guarantee with Hassle-Free 30 Day Returns, Repairs or Exchanges

We will work hard to ensure you are 100% Satisfied with your purchase or will gladly accept a return, repair, or exchange request within 30 days of delivery. Please see full terms below to determine eligibility for return, repair, or exchange. You will be treated with fast, honest, and high-quality customer service every step of the way.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To place a return, exchange, or repair within the 30 day warranty period you can contact us at support@qualitymacs.com. Please include the reason for return and a member of our team will respond within 2 business days. If a return qualifies as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. In this case, any shipping fees paid from the original purchase are non-refundable. If the return, repair, or exchange is because the item has problems and/or arrived not as described, a prepaid Fed-Ex Ground shipping label will be provided via email.

Customers must comply with the following return instructions:

  • Contact with Quality Macs support must be made BEFORE the 30-day warranty expires.
  • Device must be packaged the same way as it was initially received and in accordance with proper shipping guidelines.
  • Return shipments that are Change of Mind or that are shipped outside of Fed-Ex Ground Services must be fully insured for the original purchase price, or the customer will be at risk of loss in the event of damage or loss. Insurance is only provided on prepaid return labels from Quality Macs.
  • All original items, accessories, manuals etc. that were included upon initial delivery must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • Must disable Filevault, disk encryption, find my device, MDM or any other type of business related software locks, and/or Admin Passwords before returning.
  • Repair coverage is limited to parts and labor only and DOES NOT cover software issues.  

Our warranty and return policy are void under the following circumstances:

  • If the returned item has any signs of physical damage, mishandling, liquid/spill damage, or smell/odor (smoke, pet smells, harsh chemicals, etc.)
  • If a return request is not approved by the Quality Macs Support Team.
  • If the returned item is not in exactly the same condition as was initially delivered to the customer. Deductions to refunded amount may be incurred for dents, scratches, chips, bent corners etc.
  • If the returned item has been serviced by a 3rd party, the device has been opened, or the internal components/hardware show signs of tampering.
  • If the returned items shows any signs of liquid damage. Liquid damaged items are ineligible for return, exchange, or repair. If a returned package is empty and/or does not include the returned item and/or corresponding accessories, the return will be closed with no refund. If the Fraud Department believes this was an intentional act of fraud, QualityMacs will collect all evidence and provide it to local and federal authorities.

 

Factory Sealed / Brand New Devices 

Devices that are sold with unopened or "factory sealed" packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Right to Refuse Devices Due to Bio Hazard / Safety Concerns


Quality Macs reserves the right to refuse any returned device that is deemed unsafe or hazardous in any way. This may include, but not limited to, any of the following: Human or Animal Bodily Fluids (Urine, Blood, Feces, Vomit, Hair) Insects, Oils, Unknown Liquids, Excessive Grime, Strong to Mild Odors, or any other substance or sign of potentially hazardous materials. Quality Macs will be the sole party to determine if any of the above listed issues may be present, regardless of what the customer states upon shipping the device. This is to protect the health and safety of our team, customers, and associates. All items refused for this reason will be returned to the sender at their expense; customers may be required to pay an invoice for the return shipping amount, prior to having the device returned. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the device, after 30 days from date of delivery to our facility Quality Macs cannot store devices with any of the above listed issues present.
